Summary
What's shown above is a dimensional mail kit that included an outer box, three Wire-O bound flip charts, technical bulletins and nine spec sheets. What you don't see is the pre-planning that went into making this job a success under a tight schedule.

Sony asked us to meet with the designer early on in the development stages. We were presented with a rough comp. We refined the concept, working out all the details such as a corrugated insert for support, glue and tuck flaps, presentation of the flip books, and even the placement of a velcro closure tab.

We then provided back to the designer, a professionally produced sample and an Adobe Illustrator file of the die cutting layout for use in preparing mechanicals in Quark Express.

From there, the rest was simply executing what was pre-planned. Separations, proofs, printing, die-cutting, binding and mailing went smoothly, and the job delivered on time.
